We will attempt to determine any information regarding co-payment, co-insurance, and\/or deductible amounts that will be your responsibility to pay on or before your surgery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style4\">Payment for all elective cosmetic surgeries is required in full on\/or prior to surgery to avoid cancellation.
